How do I stop my search engine from being changed to Yahoo when I restart my computer

So, when ever my PC gets shutdown for any reason, my search engine on google gets swaped to chrome. My Chrome has been infected by yahoo, and I have to change it back to google every time. I have set the settings to default 3 times over but nothing changes. I have also tried using an anti-virus to remove the malware, but still nothing happend. Please help, I hate yahoo.
