How do I stop my pc from blue screening?

My pc is over a year old and since around October of 2024 it kept blue screening. I thought it was a driver problem so I updated and checked my drivers and that didn't solve it, it just made it worse. As instead of the usual 1 blue screen reason in a span of a few hours or minutes, from right as I have posted this I have timed 6 blue screens in 2 minutes and 23 seconds with multiple different reasons. Due to these blue screens it has locked me out of my account due to "repeated shutdowns". I don't know how to fix it and it only happens when I open something on my computer, if I sit on the scre
