How do I stop my computer from stopping a driver from loading or fix the problem?

Sometimes when I sign into my computer it says that a driver is blocked from loading. Will this cause me any issues? How do I resolve it? It takes me to a website titled Microsoft recommended driver block rules. Word for word it says a driver cannot load on this device.
