How do I stop in-game stuttering and flickering?

I have my PC for 2 years now, RTX 2060 with R5 3600 and 16GB of RAM that I use for 2K gamingrecently I upgraded to Windows 11 (clean install) and since then anytime I play a game - any game I get stutters. screen blacks out and it's impossible to play.I updated and clean-installed Nvidia driver, I checked and I have the latest system update and my GPU temperatures are normal.In the seconds of not stuttering the performance seems pretty good and I get high FPS count.if it helps - it first happened when I played RDR2 and then again in FF XIII and Cult of the Lamb... please help me - I wanna game
