How do I stop a "ghost" image of my wallpaper from being visible in the grey background in Word?

Hello, I am having a problem with a subtle "ghost image" of my wallpaper showing through the grey background BEHIND the page in Word. It's incredibly annoying. Wherever a lighter patch is on the wallpaper, there is a slightly orange hint in the background of Word (and other Windows settings program windows. How do I turn this feature off?Thanks for the help.
