How do I stop a Bluetooth device from duplicating itself

In the picture, the smart tv device has duplicated itself many many times. When It is duplicating itself, my computer becomes all laggy and it hogs all the cpu power. However, this only happens when I am in the Bluetooth & and other devices part of the settings.I have a similar problem to this Redirecting and did the solution provided there but it didn't work.
