How do I speak someone that can actually help me?

My CPU had a fit the other day, causing it to lose the the tpm files and tighten bitlocker I forgot the name of the email address that carries the bitlocker keys and apparently having both my recovery number and email doesn’t help at all. I’ve spent numerous long hours with live support to just repeat myself 100x and be transferred halfway across the world. They cannot help. I am currently trying to temporarily disable bitlocker but cannot do so to my boot drive as the cmd command insists that I am using the wrong password despite only having the lock screen password setup My last option is t
