How do i solved a microsoft installer error 1648 issue

I am trying to update Turbo Tax 2024 and am getting the following error: Failed to install update: Microsoft installer error 1648 no valid sequence could be found for set of updates.Turbo tax said to contact Microsoft. Could you assist? We have windows 11 i believe
