How do I solve this, critical death error loop?

[Windows Server]

Things I’ve tried:- Reinstalling windows (says “Windows Installation has failed.” or something along those lines)- System restore (says i need to start the drive in protection mode or something, i’ll check again soon)- Repairing files via system cmd (says it repaired files and to reboot, but when i do, nothing changes)- Automatically repairing- Resetting my PC (says there was a problem doing so)And more im probably missing
