How do I solve a DPC Watchdog violation on my HP laptop

Hello, for weeks now I am constantly getting a blue crash screen with the DPC Watchdog violation notification. This happens within minutes of each boot (and often system does not boot at all and I need to hard restart) at random. I have tried updating drivers, downloading latest windows updates, updating BIOS firmware, running full hardware HP diagnostic (all clear), running antivirus scan (all ok), trying optimization tools (CC clenaner). The only thing I did not yet try is a factory reset. Thank you for any advice, Best regards Jan
