How Do I set up Task Scheduler?

In Task Scheduler, when try to create a task to reboot, I get this result: "Task Scheduler cannot create the task. The user account is unknown, the password is incorrect, or the user account does not have permission to create this task."Windows 11 ProMy account says that I am 'Administrator'. I am not online.
