How do i set my 365 Work account as the admin account on my HP 255 G10?

[Windows 11]

I have tried pretty much the exact same as the user in this - (Redirecting) - post. I have the work account added in the in the list off acounts on this Laptop but it doesnt show up as an option when i want to try and change the admin of this Laptop. I saw in another forum that youd have to setup Windows 11 as "for school and work" instead of "personal" for this to work. I tried installing Windows 11 however this option didnt show up.
