How do I set it so new Windows appear from Left to Right?

I used Windows XP for years and my muscle memory always tells me to click from left to right,when having opened a new window. From Windows 7 onwards I've found it frustrating that new windows appear from the right in priority.I've seen you can change this but the guide wasn't clear as it must have been a different version of windows. I've gone into settings > Taskbar, but I can't see an option to change it.Running Windows 10, home edition.thanks, hope someone can help.
