How Do I Select How Windows Updates In Windows 10 Pro

I've searched this on the internet and here's what it say:To select which Windows Updates you want in Windows 10 Pro, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Advanced options; here, you can use the drop-down menu under "Choose how updates are installed"There is NO drop-down menue that allows me to choose how updates are installed under the Advanced Options.
