How do I see the list of all my old Windows Backups?

So I was installing Windows 11 a few days ago and when setting it up it gave me an option to choose a backup which had a list of old Windows Desktops that date back to 2016 even ones from my old Computer from years ago. Is there any other ways I can see this list again without having to Install Windows all over again?
