How do i revert changes made by one drive by force?

Hello! Recently as I was updating my computer, I suddenly got a pop up to back up my computer on one drive. I clicked no when asked if I wanted to back up my files but it started backing them up anyway. I assumed i made a mistake but now all of my folders are out of their parent folders, my files have been removed from those folders ( they're practically hidden, if i look up their names in the search i get them just fine and I attempted to do the 'show hidden files and folders' many support forms said but it didn't do anything. ) I am autistic and I have a very specific filing system.
