How do I reverse an (always) prompt?

I scanned a document, which had text and pictures on it; I clicked the always prompt, and now the message comes up as(Word will now convert your PDF to an editable Word document; this may take a while. The resulting Word document will be optimized to allow you to edit the text, so it might not look exactly like the original PDF, especially if the original file contained lots of graphics.) As a result, my document has incorrect spelling and layout. I have Windows 11. How do I fix this problem?
