How do I restore from windows backup?

Hello! I did a clean install and finished the system setup using oobe bypassnro. How do I get (restore) my apps, and personalization that were backed before the clean install?the doc (URL below) doesn't give options for those who has done oobe. I am now logged in to the Hotmail account that has the backup from the previous install but not sure how to launch the restore. help!Back up and restore with Windows Backup - Microsoft Support
