How do i restart my computer if its a black screen, and everything i click it does nothing.

I need help. When i turn my pc on my screen is black and it gives me a sessage saying “C\Windows\systemB2\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable. If the location is on this , make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. It the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted.” I press ok the screen is still black, and there is a windows icon on the left side but when i click it.
