How do i resolve my issue with epic games launcher not opening up due to two dll file errors?

I have an Acer predator PHN18-71, recently reset the PC to try see if firstly, Bsod would stop, which happens to my laptop occasionally, for unkown reasons, some have occurred after opening playstation remote play, connecting to ps5 and playing for a few minutes, and some have occurred direclty after restarts, but now a new issue has arisen; after resetting my pc, i was installing my apps again, I installed the epic games launcher again, as it was lost in the PC reset, and everytime i try to open it there is an error message saying that there are two .dll files that were not made to be used on
