how do i reset password

Hello guys, I have an old Dell laptop running Windows 10 with two accounts: one administrator account for which I do not remember the password and one customer account for which I do remember the password. I would like to know how to change the password for the administrator account without using WinRE or USB boot, as I cannot access any features in WinRE because it requires the password for the administrator account.
