How do I reset my pin??

Hello, So i’m having an issue with my pin for my laptop. I forgot my pin so i’m trying to reset it however after completing all the necessary procedures I get a pop up banner (the picture) that says something went wrong with setting up your pin. I’ve tried clicking retry and skip for now and it just prompts me back to the welcome screen. Is there any solution to this??? Please help.
