How do I reset my laptop when both my wireless and main keyboard dont work and even the mouse pad and mouse wont work either?

hi. I was fixing my laptop wireless connection to my mouse but it refuses to connect it due to error or like something that said it was being blocked by the system. then i tried looking for solutions, it said that i should delete the wireless drive of the device in the device manager and unfortunately I deleted something else that caused my laptop not to work or function at all. I tried restarting and it is now just stuck at the home screen.
