How do I replace the "Family Organizer"/the original windows account I registered with a new PC?

Mistakenly entered wrong (alternative) email when setting up my PC. Had purchased windows with my main email. Windows is operational but now I have two admin accounts on one PC and wish to replace the original (family organizer) account. Can't seem to figure out a method to do so. All recommendations I've seen thus far do not match the options I have.
