How do I remove the email associated with a local admin account in Windows 11 while keeping the local account and all my settings/info?

We checked my son's email in edge, and now his email is the admin email for the computer. There does not appear to be an option to change this. I just want the local account back. The login is still local, but his email is the admin email, now.I don't want to have to reinstall everything or add accounts and change their security level or change to Windows Hello or move all my files to a new admin account. I did not choose to associate the email with the account. I did not buy a Mac. I bought a Windows machine, on purpose, so I could have options.
