How do I remove English (United States) from the Windows Display Language menu?

As you can see in the screenshot below, I do not have "English (United States)" installed as one of the languages on my windows device. However, it still shows up in the Windows Display Language dropdown menu. I have tried to the method to add the "English (United States)" package and then removing it, but that doesn't fix the problem.
