How do I remove devices on Phone Link?

Hi all, I recently got a new phone and added it to the phone link app of both my Windows 10 and 11 laptops. After I did that, I tried to remove my old phone from Phone Link. I even followed the official instructions (signing out on the phone link app on the phone, then signing out of phone link on the PC) but when I did all that the phone still shows up in phone link. So, how do I remove the device? It seems that it's just stuck there till the end of time.
