How do I remove Copilot from both both Outlook and all Microsoft 365 Apps?

I require an official Microsoft IT technician to reply to my question.I want to at least disable but ideally completely remove Copilot from Outlook and all Microsoft 365 Apps.I require the instructions on how to do this in layman's terms so that they are easy to follow.The last time I made this request I received a reply which was literally total gibberish!
