How do I REMOVE "App Installer?"

There is an "App" called App Installer on my laptop. It's Not an actual app as it is not listed in settings in the programs, so I assume it's something that Microsoft slid in unbeknownst to me, the user. I would like to remove it, but I cannot figure out a way to do so. If someone over there could PLEASE provide me with a solution for this, I would greatly appreciate it as I am very limited on drive space and need to free up everything I can that I'm not using. App Installer, unfortunately falls into that category for me.
