How do I remove all photos that pop up in the Photos app tile?

I have Windows 10, and I have no photos in any of the Pictures subfolders. But a photo appears in the tile for the Photos app, and it is not in OneDrive. I could turn the live tile off, but it is still somewhere on my drive, because it pops back up when I turn the live tile on. I have no photos in any of my Pictures or Downloads folders or any other folder in my Users folder. And I cleared the Quick Access window of all pictures or files in the Recent Files list. And I frequently empty my Temp folders.How do I get rid of the picture in the Photos app tile permanently? And how do I get ri
