For a retail product, uninstall and provided the disc, product key and other
material to the buyer. See the EULA.
If it is an OEM product, you cannot as it is tied to the computer first
installed.
If your Office 2007 Home and Student is either a retail or OEM copy, you may
want to keep it and use it as a qualifying product for the upgrade version
of Office 2007 Professional.
