How do I reinstall the Windows 11 emojis on my computer?

I have a computer with windows 11. I uninstalled the Segoe UI Emoji file and the tiff file, because I was having issues with the old windows 10 emojis sometimes showing up instead of the windows 11 emojis.I thought uninstalling the file and restarting the computer would fix the issue, but now all the emojis look black and white, and some have boxes.Is there any way to reset my emoji fonts so its back to the win 11 version? Or perhaps reinstall the emoji file and put it somewhere? Thank you.
