How do i reinstall pre-installed default apps on windows 10

So like a month ago. i reset windows. i found that microsoft store wasnt there. i tried searching for it still nothing. even the pre-installed apps that you can function by some keys like screen snipping (windows logo + Shift + S). it didnt work. i thought youtube would help. still nothing.can anyone help me and tell me how to reinstall the pre-installed default apps.thank you.
