how do i reinstall or get photos LEGACY??

Very Frustrated. Microsoft Photos is awful so I want to use Photos Legacy. I cannot get it from the Microsoft store. Microsoft say simply to hit "settings" in the new Photos, then scroll down and choose "Open Legacy". Their screen shot SHOWS the button that says says "Open Legacy". MY button only says "GET Legacy".. NOT "Open"....which sends me back to the store, ...from where you cannot get it!!!. Going around in frustrating circles here. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the New Photos but it still says "GET legacy", not "OPen Legacy". Any help will be HUGELY appreciated! Thanks, Steve
