How do I reinstall my HID-compliant touchpad?

My touchpad has stopped working and I tried to find ways online to fix it, but I ended up uninstalling the HID-compliant touch pad and now my I2C HID Device has a yellow caution sign on it. How can I reinstall my HID-compliant touchpad? The System Model of my laptop is SATELLITE PRO C40-G-109
