How do I recycle reset my Lenovo Laptop

I have this laptop that won’t fully boot it will constantly boot for like 3 seconds and turn off and it does it over and over again. I have tried so many things that this is my only option if anyone can give me information on how to recycle reset it please let me know ASAP
