How do I recover my HDD space after updating

[Windows 11]

I recently updated my Windows version to 23H2. It is installed on drive C (Sabrent M.2). I have a different drive (HGST HDD) in my computer that is supposed to be 6TB. After updating my Windows version, I noticed that the drive was no longer showing up as it's own drive but now it was attached to my C drive in disk manager. At first it was labeled System Reserved. I formatted it in hopes that I could separate and have the correct amount of space. I assigned a new letter to it and that didn't work. I now just says unallocated 51mb. How do I correct this and regain my correct free space?
