How do I recover forgotten admin email

I have an issue I need help with: I contacted a malicious web malware and I tried resetting the laptop but I deleted the option to wipe the drive I canceled it at 25% when the pc came back on they asked me to login as admin with the password but I don’t remember neither it’s been 6years what do you recommend I do to fix it
