How do i reactivate my windows 11 home after motherboard change?

I upgraded to a knew motherboard yesterday and everything was working until now, I get a notification to activate windows and when I go into Settings > troubleshoot > select device it says the activation key had already been used to reactivate windows. For context, about a month ago I deleted everything and did a clean install of windows, and in that process it said my windows activation key was tied to my Microsoft account, as I thought it would've been tied to my hardware (motherboard) as I have seen before.Edit: in System > Activation it says the error code 0xC004F211
