How do i prevent windows from doing this intentional annoying feature?

Im writing auditing software for security and PII exposure reasons. When i am testing either wrapped calls or literal python3.13 scripts, i use the multiprocessing library. I am asking the computer for 90% of all cpu usage. However, when i start the program, Windows Malware executable immediately skyrockets up to 89% usage and wont let go of the CPUs. I have tested this approximately twenty times. it happens every time, the second i run the script.Please do not respond with:"run windows diagnostic" (useless)"uninstall third party software""upgrade to windows 11""run windows update""use linux"
