How do I paste Iexplorer.exe back into Win 10 and WHERE do I get it?

My Accounting software requires the presence of IE11 to load. IExplorer.exe is MISSING from win 10 and NOT available in Windows Features or Control Panel programs or explorer.exe programs(x86).WHERE do I get it? Microsoft has kindly lost it for this repair .Countless YouTube videos labelled re-install only serve up 'switches to recall it for IE edge mode, but it ALREADY exists as iexplorer.exe.Help?GAJF
