How do I move, or re-install, Microsoft Office 2021 from C: to another drive ?

This question has been asked a number of times, but each time Microsoft changes the install process the method must change as well. Office 2021 uses Clink-to-Run and a user can not define at install time where to install the app. I won't go into my opinion on this, I will simply ask how to move Office to a different drive. My 128GB SSD drive now has only 6GB left because of Office, but my 1TB hard disk has plenty of space. I have tried a couple of suggestions on how to move it, but none work.
