How do I make this app downloadable.

Just recently got an HP Laptop and have been trying to download Ubisoft Connect - PC, but have been unable to. Every time I try to download the app it says “Retry” and “We couldn’t install this product. Wait a bit, then try again.” I need to get this figured out.
