Hi, I've been on Windows 10 about 2-3 weeks now (which makes it a pretty fresh install). I paid for the activation key and put the ISO file on a USB (so none of it is pirated) but for some reason the notification / action center will not stay open long enough for me to read ANY of the notifications. It gets them alright and it goes white when they arrive and they are there but it will only stay open for 2 seconds before closing again if I click on it to read them. Clicking on the notices themselves (if I'm fast enough) will also close it again and nothing will happen.I have no idea why it's do
