How do I log out but this account has parental controls and I have a new email

I have a new email because I had lost this email for a few months and I am too old for the parental controls so i made a new email but I am logged into something that I need that email for so I logged in with this email and now my whole computer is parental controls I can't open the game I was trying to switch emails with without emailing them and they never respond to the emails so I'm stuck I can't find a way to log out of it either.
