How do I log into laptop when the fingerprint and pin don’t work?

I cannot log into my Lenovo Laptop with my fingerprint or pin. I can’t authenticate because my phone # tied to the account was cloned and is inactive. I can use my email but had not installed the authentication app yet, and now cannot because I need to log in.
