How do I load the amsdk.sys driver when windows 11 will not show the start screen?

Hi, please help, I can't use my laptop any longer. There was no physical damage. The screen, keyboard, sound, touchscreen & mousepad work - but my laptop gets stuck every time it starts, with a program campatability error message. When I start and login to windows 11 on my lenovo yoga 920, after the login screen I then get a black screen and error message in a box that a driver cannot load on this device (driver amsdk.sys). It says that I need to adjust my security settings so that this driver is not blocked from loading and so it can load. (I have never experienced this problem or anythin
