How do i install windows 8.1/7 and have an RTX 3060 TI with a 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11600KF @ 3.90GHz

The Computer specs areProcessor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11600KF @ 3.90GHz 3.91 GHzRAM: DDR4 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)GPU: RTX 3060 TI (EVGA)Also i have an NVMe with 1tb of storageOn the nvidia site it only shows the Windows 7 and 10,11 one and no 8.1 and when i tried to install it using the windows 7 and 10 one using the nvidia installer it says "This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of windows." is there any way i can bypass this or something and also would i need intel drivers for my CPU or no
