How do i install Microsoft store?

i can not install microsoft store. the powershell/console command option doesnt work and i cant download the xbox app to try that solution because it wont install unless the Microsoft store is downloaded. i fully reset my pc and it still also didnt work. if you try and tell me to use one of these solutions i will report you for spam. Please just tell me how to install the store manually instead of giving me "solutions" that dont actually do anything
