How do I install drivers on a usb? Does it not come automatically when I download?

I JUST bought a HP laptop a month ago I set up some random email, I don’t remember it and my computer done a bitlocker update and it’s asking for a recovery key and I can’t get into my computer because I don’t remember the email i used to set it up!!!!!!! The other option I tried was downloading windows 11 on a usb and when I put it in my new laptop to install it says no drivers were found, I did change my BOIS setting to boot from USB first and it still saying the same thing. Am I missing something?
